Hey Frammers,
As we are sure you are all aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has already begun impacting NYC in many ways. We want to reinforce that the health, wellness, and safety of our community and our team is our first priority. We have been, and will continue to, watch the spread of COVID-19 and are closely monitoring local and national guidelines as they are refreshed. That said, Frim Fram has been notified that You Should Be Dancing is canceling large events for the rest of March in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Unfortunately, this means Frim Fram will be on hiatus for the rest of March, effective tomorrow, 3/12.
There are no known cases in our community, but the studio is taking a "better safe than sorry" approach and we are 100% aligned with them in this decision. We will be re-evaluating the return of Fram in April and will be looking for ways to keep the community connected while we all weather this storm in the meantime.
We are truly very sorry to miss out on the Boilermaker Jazz Band and Taryn Newborne next week, and we will look for the earliest possible opportunity to bring them back to Frim Fram.
We are also sorry to be cutting Ladies Month short, and we will figure out how to keep the spirit of Women's History Month going in other ways. Stay tuned to our website and social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) for updates as we have them, and for some fun stuff while we're all practicing solid personal hygiene.
Stay safe and healthy out there so we can get back to swinging out with our Framily ASAP: Wash your hands early, often, and for 20 seconds (Sing the chorus of “T’ain’t What You Do”). Don't touch your face. Cover your mouth if you cough or sneeze. Stay home if you are sick. Don’t panic.
Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you've got any questions.
We love you madly,
