Frim Fram Donates $600 for Norma Miller & Frankie Manning Foundation!
We are happy to be donating $600 of attendance and donations from last night's event celebrating Frankie Manning & Norma Miller to the Frankie Manning Foundation! This includes Nicole Zuckerman, Ryan Swift & Heather Flock generously donating their normal DJ/instructor fees from the evening to this wonderful cause. We were honored and humbled to celebrate the lives of Norma Miller and Frankie Manning last night, and express gratitude for all they shared with us.
These funds will be marked to help cover costs of Norma's funeral today. We encourage everyone to donate to the Frankie Foundation for ALL of the incredible programs they provide. Read more about the Frankie Manning Foundation on their website or on their Facebook page.

We don't know about you but we sure have a cake hangover from our Sweet 16 party last week at Fram!

3rd Place: Elena Valencia and Andy Lee won CDs graciously donated by local bandleaders George Gee and Glenn Crytzer!
2nd Place: Akemi Kinukawa and Andy Yong Weng Zhin won season passes to Midsummer Night Swing. Thanks our friends at Lincoln Center for supporting Frim Fram!
1st Place: Mimi Liu-Leyco and Jeff Liu-Leyco won free admission to Frim Fram for a year, but also bragging rights for days and the hearts and souls of the entire NYC Swing Dance Community.
Congratulations to everyone who entered and thanks to our judges: last year's winners Shawn Hershey and Yurina Shin, Laura Jeffers and Noëlle Gray. The prelim round has never been so evenly matched. You also helped us raise lots of cash dollars to donate to the Frankie Manning Foundation! We raised $602 in cash! If you couldn't make it last night but still want to donate, please go their Support page and mention Frim Fram Jam in your notes to the foundation.
Lastly, we could not do what we do without our friends at You Should Be Dancing...!
